Requirements

Our subcontractors must carry a valid business license for their trade when applicable. Workers’ compensation and general liability insurance coverage is required of our subcontractors prior to beginning work on our projects. Most importantly, all subcontractors’ priorities of safety and strong work ethic should match ours.
